Terms & Conditions of Sale Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site:
1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. 3. Deliveries will normally be made within 2-3 working days UK only.
4. International 10-21 working days although this cannot be guarantee as delays happen.
5. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available by phone or email. So please check Email box just in case.
6. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
- 7. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed UK only
- 8 In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- 9 DATA PROTECTION We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
- 10 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the dispatch date with your receipt, providing it is not used, however items such as earings WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygeine reasons (unless faulty).
11. If you have a problem with your item you must first contact me before returning the item. Postage return will be at customers own expence unless item is faulty.
